Gastaldo receives Moulaison Leadership Award

Mt. Helix Academy is very proud to announce that this year’s Barbara Moulaison Leadership Award has been given to Olivia Gastaldo.

Olivia was chosen by the Mt. Helix Academy faculty as the graduating 8th grader who best achieved and exhibited the following skills: Likability to teachers, positive friendships with students, seeking out new learning opportunities, strong academic skills, effective self-management, a variety of leisure skills, and behaviors that are beneficial to others. Her award was announced at Mt. Helix Academy’s recent 8th Grade graduation ceremonies.

Previous recipients of the award, named to honor former Director Barbara Moulaison, are Elizabeth Austin, Alexa Ornelas, Bailey La Flam and Gabriela Silva. Congratulations Olivia!
