Returning students should re-enroll using the online form sent out to families. For new students, you may download PDF versions of the Enrollment Information Form and the Enrollment & Payment Agreement Form. Once you have filled them out, please fax them to: (619) 466-1448. You may also mail them or deliver them to the school.

8-Month Payment Plan Option
Families choosing to pay tuition and fees over eight months have the option to choose either automatic bank account withdrawal or automatic credit card charge. If the choice is automatic bank account withdrawal, please Click to download the Withdrawal Authorization form, which can be faxed (619-466-1448) or mailed to Mt. Helix Academy (ATTN: Karen) at 5955 Severin Drive, La Mesa, CA 91942. Families choosing to pay tuition and fees over eight months by credit card must call Karen Stephens (619-243-1399) to provide the necessary information.
